Roti Jala (pancakes)
Beat the eggs, mix the flour and a pinch of salt. Add the santen, turmeric and a tablespoon. oil and mix together well until a smooth batter.
Heat a large skillet, grease with oil and spoon batter so much that the bottom just covered. Let them bake until top is almost dry and the underside is brown.
Turn the pancake over and cook other side until golden.
